take advantage of your confinement to relearn how to sleep well.

Since I’ve been confined, I’ve made it my goal to relearn how to sleep. I haven’t been sleeping very well for quite some time now and that’s because of stress and everything else I normally do during the day. I think some of you will recognize themselves as well. We are under stress all day long at work, by emails, sms, in meetings or because of deadlines, goals to reach and private problems. In short, the days are often too short and if you are like me, you continue to work at home or simply organize in your head the next day. In short, I set myself the goal during this period of lockdown to learn how to sleep and especially to adopt new routines so that my sleep would be more restorative, and I will give you some points (that you probably already know but that you don’t apply) that I hope will help you find a new routine to improve your nights and especially to rest your mind.

Did you know that I love finding vintage pieces? A few weeks ago in Geneva there was for the first time in the French-speaking area the event Vinokilo. For those who don’t know, Vinokilo is a second hand shop where you can find real treasures, from the Adidas sports jacket to the Burberry trench coat.

My outfit to go to the grocery during quarantine

Needless to say that during this containment linked to the Covid 19 epidemic, our exits are made only and exclusively to filling our fridge. However, these outings, rare and short they may be, are also an opportunity to get some fresh air and foremost to get dressed.
